					<description><![CDATA[<p>More than 80 people, including employees, customers and partners, took part in a day that served to review the company&#8217;s history and look towards the future.</p>
<p>Last Friday, we celebrated our 60th anniversary at our facilities in Irún, in an event that brought together around 90 people, including employees, customers, partners and institutional representatives.</p>
<p>During the day, there was a tour of the facilities and a screening of a commemorative video about the history of the company. This was followed by one of the most special moments, an interactive talk led by organisational psychologist Ángel Castrillo, who, together with representatives of the three generations of Bianditz, proposed a symbolic journey to Mount Bianditz, which gives the company its name. </p>
<p>Through this metaphor, the company&#8217;s past, present and future were reviewed: the difficulties faced by those who paved the way, the experience of those who are currently following in their footsteps, and the vision of those who will continue the climb. Javier Martínez, CEO of Bianditz Group, highlighted the importance of collaboration as a pillar for continued growth. He stressed that the future of the company depends on relying on a solid network of local partners, strengthening ties and generating shared value.  </p>
<p>The event also included recognition for employees with more than 25 years of service and concluded with a relaxed gathering featuring music and catering.</p>
<p>The event was attended by the Mayor of Irún, Cristina Laborda, accompanied by the Deputy Mayor, Nuria Alzaga, and the Director of the Mayor&#8217;s Office, Mikel Huarte. Eva Fernández, Director General of Bidasoa Activa, also attended. Representing the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa were Unai Andueza, Deputy for Economic Promotion and Strategic Projects; Amaia Arregi, Director General of Economic Promotion; and Xabier Iridoy, Director General of Innovation.  </p>
<p>During the ceremony, the Mayor of Irún highlighted that ‘you have managed to convey very well who you are and what you do as a company,’ also emphasising ‘the challenge of continuity, generational change and deep roots’ as key elements of the project. For his part, Unai Andueza, Deputy for Economic Promotion and Strategic Projects, pointed out that &#8220;you have perfectly staged your trajectory. The first steps of the metallurgical tradition in this area can be seen in your history. That mountain, Bianditz, is an excellent metaphor for what you are today.&#8221; </p>

<p>On this occasion, Cauchopren requested a customised rubber injection mold from us to produce bellows for control equipment. Our experience in similar projects enabled us to tackle the job with confidence and deliver a precise result. How did we do it?</p>

<p>Before any mold is delivered, we carry out a thorough check that allows us to guarantee its performance under real conditions. For some molds, we use a thermal verification system with BCR, where the mold is inserted into a specific part and oil is injected at 90°C for 2-3 days. This allows us to detect possible leaks, escapes or internal imperfections that could compromise production.</p>
<p>This procedure is particularly important in the manufacture of customised industrial rubber molds, where any deviation can affect the sealing, filling or durability of the final part.</p>
<p>Contact accuracy in dies and molds</p>
<p>In addition to the thermal test, we carry out a visual and mechanical check: we paint the base of the mold and join it to the upper part. If there are unpainted areas when separating them, we immediately detect the non-contact areas and adjust them to ensure the correct flow of material.</p>
<p>In the case of dies for profiling lines and dies for industrial lines, another method is used where precision in closing is key to obtaining clean cuts and accurate folds.<br />
