Enhance precision with our specialized micro turning. Focused on short runs, our precision machining utilizes / uses advanced Japanese turning centers with control of up to 8 axes. We have Swiss-type precision sliding headstock lathes to ensure exceptional results in series ranging from 500 to 10,000 or more pieces / parts. Our rigorous quality controls, whether optical or through 3D digital probing, ensure perfection in every component. We work with a diverse range of materials, from specialized chrome-vanadium, chrome-silicon-vanadium, chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steels to brass, aluminum, and various stainless steels. Additionally, we subcontract heat treatments and surface finishes to provide comprehensive solutions. With turning capacities ranging from 3 to 25 mm in diameter, trust us to elevate your production to new levels of precision and quality.
