Bianditz is a family-run industrial company based in Irún (Gipuzkoa) with 60 years of history. Since 1965, we have been designing and manufacturing hand tools, molds, cutting dies and precision turning parts for sectors such as the automotive, locksmithing, construction and aeronautics industries.

We have 2,500 m² of facilities, a team of 26 people and a national and international network that operates in more than 22 countries. From our three lines of business we offer customised industrial solutions with the customer at the centre, accompanying the entire process from the idea to the final result.

Handtools

We design and manufacture hand tools for professional and industrial use: screwdriver bits, tightening tools, adapters and couplings, professional accessories, and impact tools.

Molds & Cutting Dies

We are manufacturers of rubber injection molds, compression molds, rubber-metal molds, and combined cutting and bending dies.

Precision Turning

We produce millions of precision-cutting parts each year, used in sectors as diverse as healthcare, locksmithing, automotive, and watchmaking. We specialize in short runs of high-precision parts.

What makes us different?

Cooperation

We believe in the power of creating together with others. Being close to our customers, suppliers and teams allows us to understand their real needs and design valuable solutions. Working in partnership is the foundation on which we build lasting relationships and shared projects.

Why Bianditz?

Bianditz is not just our name.

It is the name of a mountain in our land, in the heart of the Basque Country.

A place that has witnessed generations of effort and mining tradition: Roman miners used to pass through the slopes of Mount Bianditz in search of iron for its extraction and, as a result, the area became an important centre of communications and trade in the north of Hispania.

This mountain represents the strength, history and metallurgical tradition that still inspires us today to manufacture with detail and precision.

From Irun, we design and manufacture hand tools, molds, dies and precision parts. We do it as this land has always done: with knowledge, with materials that stand the test of time and with a deep commitment to things well done.

Because like the mountain that gives us our name, our solutions are built to last.

our trajectory

The family business was founded in Irún in 1965 on the initiative of Juan Ribera. In 1965, the founder started a small business in the centre of Irún as an auxiliary company that manufactured hand tools for companies in the area, focusing on the manufacture of moulds and hand tools.

It wasn’t until the 1990s, following a new strategic approach, that the decision was made to create the Bianditz brand as we know it today. The company’s first catalog exclusively featuring screwdriver bits was launched, and from that product, over the years, a more comprehensive and specialized catalog has been developed.

In 2002, the company moved to its current location. It was then that they began manufacturing molds for clients who manufactured rubber parts. In 2009, a client company approached them about offering bar-cutting solutions, precision tools for locksmiths. This is where the third line of business emerged. Over time, the company made strategic decisions, developing its unique identity that continues to this day.
