At Bianditz, experts in custom rubber injection and compression molds, we have been manufacturing injection, compression and rubber-metal moulds for Cauchopren for over 30 years. Most are molds for small rubber parts with complex geometries, usually with multiple cavities.

What their needs were and how we solved them

On this occasion, Cauchopren requested a customised rubber injection mold from us to produce bellows for control equipment. Our experience in similar projects enabled us to tackle the job with confidence and deliver a precise result. How did we do it?

  • Mold design – mold manufacturing: based on the customer’s specifications, we design a 3D model. Once validated, we generate the 2D drawings to begin programming.

  • CAM programming: after gathering the materials, we configure the CNC machine for manufacturing.
  • Mold manufacturing: the mold undergoes various machining processes, such as milling, turning, erosion and blasting.
  • Adjustment, assembly and control testing: we verify that everything is ready before delivering the final mold.
